The other day I went to the Maybank CDM (Cash Deposit Machine) to deposit some monies including $50, $10 & $2 (quite a lot). To my dismay, the CDM just won't accept $2 notes; oni $10, $50 & $100 notes allowed.
I was so fed-up that I went over to the DBS CDM but the same thing they also dun accept $2 notes!!! Wat a snob CDM?!? POS?!?*#&%¿¡ ... nb gu niang!!!
Luckily, the Citibank CDM save my day when I was so despaired to think that I've to join the long bloody queue in the bank branch just to exchange the $2 notes into $10 notes. Kinda silly rite??? Dunno wat those idiot CDM pple thinking; think using their backside-transplanted pea brains???
I was so happy the Citibank CDM can accept all kinds of notes $2, $5, $10, $50, $100 & even $1000 latest potrait series, as shown in the picture!!! This is wat I called a world-class service from a world-class bank!!! No wonder they are still the leading bank over the other banks, always coming out with innovative products & services to help their customers. Kudos to Citi!!!
The moral of the story is that if u can't expect such a simple thing like this from a bank, wat else can u expect from them at all??? SIMPLY HOPELESS!!! They shld take a leaf out of the leader's book. One of my pet peeves is that most customer services that I've experienced will always pay lip service to watever complaints u have but do nothing to rectify the problem. U'll have a rude shock the next time to find out that the problem is persisting; u feel like complaining to them again but it make u seem like a whining asshole. Customer service, my foot!!! Lip service, I'd say. So much for service quality. Crap...

Hi there,
Thanks very much for your interesting blog. It's always nice to see how people on the other side of the globe live, how they share the same joys and sorrows, what they do in their free time, etc.
I actually have a question about your blog. Would you mind helping us with a linguistic research project? We're compiling data from various Singaporean weblogs. All it requires is checking a few boxes. If you want to take part and/or have more questions, drop me a note ( hack2301@uni-trier.de RE: Question ) so that I can then send you the 'official' project eMail. We'd really appreciate your help.
Thanks very much in advance!
Best regards,
- Fran
